Dr. Kacey Cilimberg attended The University of Alabama and graduated summa cm laude in 2012 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received a Doctorate of Optometry degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2016. She went on to complete a residency specializing in Cornea, Contact Lens, and Refractive Surgery at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She returned to Alabama following her residency in 2017 and has been practicing in the Birmingham area ever since.

Congratulations Dr. Cilimberg! We are thrilled to announce the birth of Vincent “Parker” Cilimberg. He was born on March 15, 2024 at 11:34 AM. Weighing 5 lbs. 15 oz. As Dr. Cilimberg will be on maternity leave until the end of May. Until she returns, we are open Monday thru Thursday and have some wonderful doctors seeing our patients. Come see us!

Dr. Cilimberg was out of the office today, giving a lecture at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis,TN. She spoke about soft toric contact lenses to the third year students. Did you know Dr. Cilimberg also completed her residency in specialty contact lenses in Memphis? It has been a fun day reminiscing!
