šŸŒ™This week’s new moon, entering an eclipse portal, and lunar new year…there are so many opportunities to tune in to potential and conscious intention. Join Kristin this weekend to reconnect with your breath, your body, and weave yourself back into connection with community so you can remember you were never meant to carry this alone. It’s the final stretch of winter and our dreams are starting to rise from the dark soil.

This Friday! Join Jane Mayer for a sound bath, shamanic journey and somatic meditation to contact the ground within ourselves and in the Earth beneath our feet. We journey with the sound of crystal bowls, drums, rattles and more, to drop into the sacred ground of our being. 🌿

Imagine a morning without the rush or panic.
šŸŒ…
At our 6:15am class, we start slowly with longer, hatha-inspired holds to open the body and settle the nervous system and then gradually transition into a steady, grounding flow that builds warmth, circulation, and clarity.
This is a practice of listening before moving. Quiet room, intentional pacing, and breath-led movement that gently shifts you from sleep into energy.
For early risers, reluctant morning people, or anyone wanting a softer, more sustainable start to the day.
Just show up as you are.
šŸŖ·ā€ØLeave awake, rooted, and ready.

Core Pilates is here!

You asked and we listened. We’ve added dedicated mat Pilates classes to the schedule twice a week. Slow, intentional movement designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in your body. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a ā€œPilates body.ā€ You just need a place to start.
Expect clear guidance, supportive pacing, and to meet muscles you didn’t know you had. 🤣

All levels welcome. Bring a friend or come solo.

šŸ“£IT STARTS THIS WEEKEND, YALL!!šŸ“£

Kat’s Home Practice Series will run Sundays 2/8, 2/15, 22 from 11:30am-2:00pm.

We are so excited to host as she offers this *NEW* series because for the first time, will be incorporating all of her favorite tools + techniques from her meditation and kundalini experiences from around the world, in addition to new and revamped asana sequences, slightly different from the Katonah sequences that you may be familiar with.

šŸŽ„RECORDINGS will be made available if you have to miss a session. This series is sold as a package, as each session builds upon the previous.

WHAT YOU’LL BE COVERING:
- how to establish a seated practice
- setting up your ā€œspaceā€
- the ā€œinner youā€: why do we do home practice?
- benefits of home practice: resiliency, immunity, clarity, inner fortitude
- pranayama techniques
- kriya
- meditation
- obstacles to starting / sticking with a home practice
- how to design your own home practice
- knowing when to change it up
- NEW sequences designed by Kat (one yang + one yin)
- modifications and variations
- lots of theory, discussion, and of course workshopping bodies!!

The investment is $135 and you’ll also get 8 hours toward your Katonah certification (or CEUs if you need those!).

If you are looking to revamp your home practice, learn new tools + techniques, learn how to establish a seated practice (or get back into it!), and practice + be in community again, we’d absolutely love to have you!!

The Full Moon illuminates what’s ready to be seen. The calendar year has just begun but there are so many aspects of life that are ripe and asking to be honored and/or released.

We gather in circle to slow down, soften the nervous system, and listen more closely to what’s moving beneath the surface. Through ritual, reflection, and shared presence, we remember that we don’t have to do any of this alone.

✨ Expect:
• Grounding + gentle somatic settling
• Guided reflection / journaling
• Space to release, integrate, and be witnessed
• Community, warmth, and magic

As always, you don’t have to know anything about yoga or the moon or astrology or attend. You just willing to arrive as you are. You belong here. šŸ«¶šŸ¼
