Our six-week Beginners Yoga Workshop with Paul offers a supportive introduction to yoga in a smaller, slower-paced setting. Together, we’ll explore foundational poses, breath, and movement while learning what actually happens in a yoga class.
This workshop is designed for:
• first-time yoga students
• those intimidated by group classes
• anyone wanting a clearer understanding of the basics
No experience required.
Just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Saturdays at 2 starting Feb 14th through March 21st.
