Colorectal cancer screenings, like colonoscopies, can detect and prevent colon cancer early. Screenings should begin at age 45, but people with a family history of colorectal cancer or other risk factors may need to begin screening sooner. In the lead up to Palate & Palette, we're spotlighting the talented chefs and artists who help make this one party you don't want to miss! First up, we're announcing the return of our Patron's Choice Award winners to this year's event!

Our first showcase highlight is for chef Neville Baay, the executive chef at El Barrio, a restaurant known for preparing multi-regional, Mexican-inspired cuisine from seasonally-sourced produce, gulf seafood, and humanely farm-raised meat. We can't wait to see what he's got cooking for this year's Palate & Palette!

We're also pleased to announce the return of artist Margaret Anne Lee! Margaret works with a variety of mediums, ranging from abstract painting to meticulous architectural drawings, and she skillfully captures both realistic and abstract floral compositions. We're looking forward to seeing what she creates at this year's big event!
