Happy Father’s Day to our main man

What privilege to not only be one to fall in love with you and feel that love reciprocated but to get to witness it a second time around watching You fall in Love with Maeve.

You two are bonded in ways I never knew imaginable. I always knew you would be a great dad and getting to see you live into that is truly something special.

Thanks for being the best dad and example of a man for Maeve. Your girls love you deeply 💛

New Season New Chapter

Life update: We are MOVING 🥹

Feeling all the feels but living and leaning into immense gratitude and abundance.

We have been fortunate to call Fort Lauderdale home for the last 8 years
It’s the longest Mat and I have ever lived somewhere. So much growth as individuals and as a couple. Many firsts from career changes, buying our first home, having our first baby and so much in between.

I feel so fortunate to be apart of such a strong community and to see it evolve over the last 8 years has been incredible to help build and witness. While it’s scary to move and put yourself out there in new ways I’m excited to see where this next season of life takes us- bringing us closer to friends and family, Auburn football, changes in weather and the mountains.

Don’t worry South Florida I will still be supporting Mission Yoga with all things community and program development. So you will see me for continuing education opportunities and workshops ( thank you airlines for having a direct flight haha). Along with popping in for a
