We are seeking a full-time front office coordinator to join our team in early August.

Basic Job Function: Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative functions in the clinic.

Job responsibilities include:
-Exceptional customer service
-Answer phones and respond to clinic emails
-Schedule new and returning patients
-Obtain necessary approval/pre-certification according to insurance guidelines
-Verify patient insurance and ensure proper documentation is completed
-Review benefits with new patients
-Enter patient information into our documentation system
-Collect OTC payments in accordance with Patient Payment Guidelines
-Send plans of care, status reports and D/C summaries to referring physicians
-Run weekly patient inactivity report and assist therapists with follow-up appointments
-Demonstrate competence in using both the billing and scheduling software and demonstrate good basic computer skills.
-Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations
-Perform other duties around the clinic as required to meet the needs of the company

We are about to enter our second week without this guy holding it down at the front desk and we (and all our patients) miss him big time!

We are officially in our new clinic space! We are just a couple blocks down from our previous location, now located at 2500 3rd Ave S.

It’s been an amazing 3.5 years at our first home, our cute little clinic , but we’ve outgrown that space thanks to all the support from our patients and those who refer to us! We are thrilled to be in our new clinic with twice as much space and our very own parking lot (behind the building). This will allow us to continue to grow while still providing one on one care, in a comfortable environment.

There are many thanks to give, but we will save that for another post! 💕

If you or someone you know is a dancer and looking to improve upon dance skills/technique, then schedule a dance assessment with us where you will work one-on-one with a physical therapist trained in dance medicine. Here’s what that appointment will look like:
✨ Learning your specific goals or any areas you want to improve upon in your dancing
✨ Assessing range of motion, strength, mobility/flexibility, and overall ex*****on of certain dance skills
✨ Exercises to help improve upon deficits found during our exam as well as dance-specific exercises and strategies to help you achieve your dance goals
✨ Written out plan of exercises to work on at home or in the studio
