We are proud to formally introducing our resident rockstar and in-house Swiftie, Ryan Jackson, Therapist at our Birmingham Recovery Center.

Ryan’s approach to therapy is rooted in compassion and connection. He believes meeting people where they are means truly engaging in their story, honoring their experiences, and helping them tap into their own resilience and autonomy as they move forward.

Outside of work, Ryan stays grounded through time with his dogs and wife, constant music, exercise, cooking, and knowing when to give his mind a break.

We are thankful for the presence and perspective he brings to Longleaf and to the clients and families we serve every day.
