Check out the 1:45p Sunday Ashtanga with tomorrow afternoon… Ashtanga Sundays are the place to be!! Led by Adriane, you’ll learn the foundations of breath, bandhas, drishti and uppeka🧘🏻‍♀️especially great for anyone newer to the practice.

Come learn the foundations of what we build our vinyasa classes from, and is the first Module of the upcoming Teacher Training! ✨

Following the Sunday afternoon Ashtanga class at the studio, Jacquie & Missy will be there to review the full 14 week course outline and curriculum details. They will share their own personal stories and feedback from their Yoga Teacher Training studies. Stop by anytime between 2:45 - 3:45p to learn more about YTT and get your Questions answered! 📚
