October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷 It’s not always easy to think about breast cancer—but ignoring it can put your health at risk. Stay proactive with these simple tips to protect your health:

1) Start having annual mammograms at age 40
2) Perform regular self-examinations
3) Eat a healthy diet – add an extra serving of fruits and veggies!
4) Be physically active - any movement is good movement!
5) Limit your alcohol consumption
6) Maintain a healthy weight
