Just For Today…
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to think of life as a whole, so just for today, even if it's just for the next 6 1/2 minutes during this recording, allow yourself to let go of past regrets and future worries, and be present. Grant yourself the grace to be imperfect, because we are all perfect exactly as we are. Everything is working out exactly as it should.

Just for today, recognize the power that you have to shape your reality. Every thought, every word, every action is a choice that can create the life you desire.

Choose consciously. Choose you.
Maybe the next day you will choose you again. 💖💫
