Asking someone who is grieving or struggling, mentally or physically, how you can help can put pressure on them- and they may not have an answer in the moment. ⁣Instead of saying “how can I help?” offer specific acts of support.⁣

For example — leave a favorite dish on their front porch, or drop off compostable paper plates so they don’t have to worry about dishes.⁣

However you choose to be there helps 💙
