Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Her education and heart for service support our commitment to providing compassionate, thoughtful care to every family we serve.

As a Certified Grief Coach, Ms. Jackson will be a leading presence for our Grief Forward™ initiative, launching in 2026. This program is designed to extend care beyond the service by offering guidance, education, and continued support to individuals and families navigating grief.

We are excited for Ms. Jackson to help shape the future of grief care at Cornerstone and to serve as a trusted, compassionate voice for families throughout their healing journey.
