This beautiful patient came to us wishing to address the things that bothered her about her nose. When she arrived to the pre-op room the morning of surgery, she was glowing with excitement! (Her kind, supportive mother said “You should have seen her when she woke up this morning! It was like a little kid waking up on Christmas Day!”)

We were able to address her cosmetic concerns by 1) removing her dorsal hump, 2) narrowing her dorsum (aka the “bridge”), 3) narrowing and refining the tip, 4) rotating the tip, 5) creating a supra-tip break (a nice little “scoop” right above the tip), and 6) deprojecting her nose (reducing the horizontal length).

When I showed her the on-table before and afters, she was ecstatic! Thank you Payton for allowing us to be a part of your journey and for allowing us to share it with our HGH family! We are so proud and excited for you!
