Today is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, and we’re recognizing the nutrition professionals who help turn everyday choices into long-term wellness.

Nutrition is deeply connected to women’s health—from energy and hormone balance to heart health and healthy pregnancies—and having trusted guidance can make that journey feel more manageable and empowering.

When families have access to practical nutrition support, it creates community impact that lasts beyond one appointment. And when we stay future-focused on prevention, education, and sustainable habits, we’re not just treating symptoms—we’re building healthier outcomes for what’s ahead.

March is Women’s History Month, and ARMS is proud to begin the month by honoring the women whose leadership, dedication, and compassion shape healthcare and our communities every single day.

To the women across healthcare — and especially the incredible women of ARMS — thank you for your compassion, expertise, and commitment to patients. From the front desk to clinical teams, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and every role in between, you help ensure our patients feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Your work carries purpose. Your presence drives impact. Your leadership builds healthier communities. We are forever grateful for you.

Rare Disease Day is a time to raise awareness and show support for individuals and families living with rare diseases — and to recognize the strength it takes to navigate complex health challenges.

Some rare conditions you may have heard of include sickle cell disease, cystic fibrosis, lupus, ALS, and muscular dystrophy. While each diagnosis is different, many patients share similar challenges: long waits for answers, limited specialists, and ongoing care needs.

Although rare diseases may affect a smaller number of people individually, millions are impacted worldwide. No one should have to face that journey alone.

At ARMS, we believe every patient deserves compassionate care, support, and resources that improve quality of life.

📞 If you have questions about your health or need support, call us at 205-407-5600 to schedule a visit — or simply walk in.
