We are a full-service ambulatory care facility that includes both primary and specialty care, urgent care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, laboratory services, radiology and a pharmacy, all conveniently available to patients in one location. Ambulatory Care Center: By appointment 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Urgent Care Center: Walk-In No appointments necessary
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Pharmacy: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Appointment Center: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Switchboard: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)

🔥 This week, we’re celebrating Health Care Security & Safety Week and recognizing Fire Prevention Month!

It’s the perfect time to give a big shoutout to Darin, who leads all security efforts at Cooper Green. Darin manages our security team, ensures staff are trained in life safety skills, and heads up our emergency response efforts during natural disasters or other threats.

Before joining Cooper Green, Darin served as a firefighter/EMT near Nashville, Tennessee, and we’re grateful to have his experience keeping our facility safe every day. 👏
