We are committed to providing high quality healthcare to all residents of Jefferson County, regardless of ability to pay. We are a full-service ambulatory care facility that includes both primary and specialty care, urgent care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, laboratory services, radiology and a pharmacy, all conveniently available to patients in one location. Ambulatory Care Center: By appointment 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Urgent Care Center: Walk-In No appointments necessary
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Pharmacy: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Appointment Center: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Switchboard: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)
