4D Mommies begins early gender determinations around 6 weeks with gender blood testing or at 15 weeks by gender ultrasound. Between 15- 25 weeks, baby is still very small, so more of baby will be able to be seen on one photo. However, the pudgy cheeked face pictures can be obtained anytime after 26 weeks. Prices:
*A Heartbeat buddy can be added for $35.
*a Cd of extra pctures or DVD can be added to any package for $25
*Both CD and DVD can be added for $40
*Gender Determination with 2 pics: $99
*5 minute Money Saver Monday (10-1 by appointment) with 1 pic: $50
*10-15 min Gold pckg with 2 color pics:$119
*25 min Platinum pckg with 4 color prints, CD and DVD:$169
*Gender plus including a gender determination session with 4 pictures, DVD and CD and a return Platinum visit later in pregnancy:$215
*Platinum Plus including 2 Platinum visits with all its components: $219

For the new mommies that don’t know a lot about us! Meet the 4DMommies team! 💗
This week we’re spotlighting Tiffany Campbell, who brings smiles to every session with her sweet bubbly personality. She is an ultrasound tech with us at 4DMommies ultrasound Studio. Tiffany is an ultrasound tech with 22 years experience in scanning. You would see her smiling face mostly on evenings and weekends in our Birmingham location.

Hiccups in the womb:

Fetal hiccups won’t harm your baby – they’re totally normal!

Baby’s ability to inhale and exhale amniotic fluid—and therefore hiccup—is a good sign that their diaphragm is developing nicely. This process actually begins around week 10, though you probably won’t be able to actually feel fetal hiccups for a few more months.

Hiccups are similar to the rhythmic motion of breathing outside of the womb, but they occur with more force. On an ultrasound, you can see that these practice breaths cause the fetus’s entire body to move in a mild jerking motion, which some pregnant people can feel—and some cannot.

So not only are those baby hiccups pretty fun to see on your ultrasound sessions, they are helping those baby lungs 🫁 get ready for their big arrival!

Common question… I am expecting twins do you charge extra?————-> we do not charge an extra fee if you are expecting twins. Just keep in mind the amount of time of your session. We try to have that between each baby. If you are interested in getting your twins in the same picture together. We recommend having a session between 24 and 26 weeks.
