Fellowship Flow is taking a temporary break. No class tomorrow, Sunday Feb. 1st!

Dawn is subbing .birmingham on Sunday, Feb. 1st at 2:30pm, so feel free to join me there and get your Sunday yoga in or work on your home practice instead. Love you guys! ✌🏻❤️🧘🏽
