While looking for information on correspondences for Thoth, I saw two authors who endorsed Myrrh. That's a fat no, loves. According to the text _Conversations in the House of Life_—which is what is left of the initiation manual for temple scribes—Thoth requires the scribes (his priesthood) to refrain from using Myrrh. Good enough for me. As far as I can tell, frankincense is fine.

Everyone has self-limiting beliefs. Some of the ones you are most prone to are implied in your birth chart. In my consulting experience, I find that clients are in a process of outgrowing these beliefs. It's fun to find the ones people are on the right track with, but it's productive to find the persistent ones.

Why are they so sticky? Some of them haven't shown up as problems yet, or at least haven't been noticed. They will be triggered later. Others have been reinforced by parents or peers. A few may have a kernel of truth. All of them can be corrected, but only after they are understood.
It takes a fearless attitude and honest self-reflection to confront these. The process for each one is:

1. Understand what it is;
2. Recognize how it has affected your life;
3. Clarify why it's still hanging on (this can get deep);
4. Replace the limiting programming with counter-programs that allow for abundant thinking and freedom of action.

One of my quiet service ministries is that I keep a list of people for whom I do a weekly remote healing (usually on Sunday afternoon). I have a feeling that I may have forgotten someone. If you remember me saying that I would do this for you, send me a DM and remind me.

I have been using a daily Tarot pull for a few months now, to see what the tone of the day would be, what to listen for, what to emphasize. The theme for today was "At the Table of the Grail" (or a cynic might say "Building Castles in the Air)."

A lot of Ace of Hearts energy showed up today, and, yes, some of it went to castle-building 🏰😁
