Did you know that muscle mass and strength are the strongest predictors of longevity and healthy aging?

To maintain and grow muscle, incorporate at least two days of muscle-strengthening activities per week. Simple ways to build muscle include:
🔸Strength training (weights, machines, resistance bands or bodyweight)
🔸Prioritizing protein in your meals
🔸Staying consistent with training (2–4x per week)
🔸Focusing on good form over heavy weight
🔸Getting enough rest and recovery
