Tech neck is chronic neck pain related to use of cell phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
To combat tech neck:
- Keep devices at eye level.
- Recline and relax your neck.
- Get up and move!

A cervical disc herniation can cause neck pain, arm pain, or weakness/numbness/tingling by compressing the spinal cord or nerves in the neck. This is often treated surgically by removing the herniated disc with cervical fusion or disc replacement.
