Ryan Threatt is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular/trigger point therapy. His work focuses on restorative bodywork that relieves pain, improves mobility, and helps clients feel at home in their bodies.

Ryan is also certified in Health Education and Wellness Coaching and holds a master’s degree in Community Health and Human Sciences from UAB. With a background in mental health, community health, and public health education, he brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to every session.

Originally moving to Birmingham for college, Ryan found a lasting home through his work in healing and service. He listens deeply, works with intention, and supports clients beyond muscles alone—honoring their stories and wellness goals.
