Being back on the mat with you has been nothing short of magical. Today’s offering reflects that gratitude. This week’s theme: intuitive movement—responding instead of pushing. Gentle flow, steady breath. All on offer with a bluesy vibe in the background.
A few spots still available. Link in bio🌻

This is my friend Renee. She’s an author of two memoirs and just an all around beautiful soul. When we met for the first time last fall (after being prompted by mutual friends to do so), we connected on so many levels: love of nature, caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s, and we even share the same birthday.

We met again today and we are up to something, so consider this a tease.

The world feels loud right now. Consider this your invitation to step out of the noise and back into your body — not to escape, but to steady.

If your nervous system feels tired, wired, or unsure, this class is for you.

New Year’s Eve can be tender, complicated, or charged. This donation-based gathering led by Ashley Clarke offers gentle movement, compassionate conversation, and community for those choosing presence over escape.

Open to all A’s, anyone exploring or rethinking their relationship to substances, and those impacted by a loved one’s substance use. No labels required—just a willingness to show up honestly.
Our intention is to create a safe, welcoming space to move, connect, and enter the new year supported and seen. All are welcome. Come as you are.
