Save the Date! Join us for Accountability in Action: A Panel Discussion on Teen Mental Health on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Bama Wellness Advocacy. The program will begin at 11:30 AM. Enjoy light refreshments and take part in an open conversation about the current state of teen mental health in our community, including ways caregivers can recognize challenges and provide meaningful support for their teens. Registration will open later this week—stay tuned to secure your spot!

Excited to be able to bring an immersive health and wellness experience to our communities in Birmingham and beyond. I founded Bama Wellness Advocacy, a 501C3, on a mission to bring “whole health for all!” Too many areas around Birmingham and throughout Alabama are food and resource deserts! That is why we are going into communities to demonstrate that everyone is worthy of good health and deserve to have access to resources and whole health education in their own neighborhood or town! Bama Health Foods is a neighborhood sponsor for these events along with many other selfless resource partners. We are so grateful for the support from Birmingham Parks to allow us to do this work.
