It’s time for CHILDS POSE 🙇🏽‍♀️🤍

This asana is done using a bolster or pillow and a blanket is optional in the second demonstration.

> you’ll want to take your knees as wide as the width of the yoga mat or as wide as they will comfortably go.

> depending on how thick your yoga mat is you might consider padding the knees with an extra blanket or towel (as needed )

> you will position the bolster in place so that your head rest comfortably.

^ option to fold a blanket and place it between the feet and the backside.

Invitations to the 🏖️ beach are rarely denied.

Today we took a day trip (roughly 8 hours) to gulf shores beach to facilitate a sound bath meditation for some incredible folks diversifying their lives with wellness tools to end 2025.

The entire experience was worth while and it’s always an honor to work with corporate leaders in the southeast region.

Yes, we provide the mats + tools needed to support a restful practice with each contracted reservation.

3 options for alignment in “easy pose” (prenatal with props) 🤰 🌸🙏🏽

First option: two blocks stacked next to each other as a comfortable supportive seat. Place the blocks next to each other on the lowest setting. Lea forward and then sit back and down on the blocks.

Allow your shoulders to rest comfortably.

Second option: a blanket folded. (Might not be as supportive in the third trimester) 😊💛 fold the blanket twice and sit at the edge of it.

Third option: using a bolster. Same idea as all three except this option is more in the middle of both options. Think Goldie locks “middle” option.

Give all three a try and see/feel what works for you.

Take a deep breath and go internally focusing on relaxation and clarity.
