We had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Kayla this weekend and it was such an enriching experience to say the least.

We look forward to witnessing her work blossom 🌼 individually, in her home, and with her current + future clients.

In yoga we learn about attachment and how it causes indirect/direct suffering but this quote by Carl just hits in all the right places.

Every year my circle gets smaller and tighter. I shed the people, the ideas, the experiences, and the environments that no longer serve me. This always puts me in a winning position.

I’ll admit that at first it was difficult to see just how much the end justifies the means until I did a little more “living” as the old folk would say! 😆
