New Years testing update. As a reminder due to state labs being closed, our testing site will not be doing STI tests after 3:45 today or at all tomorrow, Dec. 31st. We are only able to do rapid HIV tests during this time period. The testing site will reopen as normal for full panel STI testing on Monday, Jan 5th.

Holiday testing schedule update! State labs will be closed December 24th-26th and not receiving samples on the 23rd. Due to this, our testing site will be closed and not able to take STI samples tomorrow, Dec. 23rd-26th. We will reopen Monday, Dec. 29th for regular hours.

As we wind down the last day before the holiday break, we had to walk the halls and enjoy all the festive decorations the staff have done to their offices and throughout the building. BAO will be closed December 24th-26th to enjoy the holiday, and reopen for regular business hours on Monday, December 29th.

Join us MONDAY, Dec. 22 for our last SHOUT Movie Night of the year presented by Birmingham AIDS Outreach screening 1992's BATMAN RETURNS.

SHOUT Movie Night is a film series presented and curated by BAO (Birmingham AIDS Outreach) in conjunction with Sidewalk Cinema + Film. Our goal is to offer a diverse and inclusive film series that ensures all members of our community are represented. Please arrive an hour early for a pre-screening event and stay for a post-screening event both in the lobby. *This is a free event. Reservations are strongly recommended but not required. Seating is first come, first served*

Today for our all staff meeting, the Director of Nutrition at and the BAO BFED Coordinator gave a wonderful presentation titled “Food as Medicine” educating our staff on the connection between healthy eating habits and healthier outcomes.
