✨More than a sound bath. This is a facilitated acoustic immersion rooted in mindfulness-based stress reduction practices and guided relaxation response principles.

That means you’ll experience the body’s natural restoration— using acoustic instruments: singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum. Simply arrive, settle in, and let the sound be the guide to deep relaxation and connected mind-body awareness.
