✨ Why you feel wired at night… and exhausted all day ✨
If you’ve been feeling off—tired, overwhelmed, not sleeping well, struggling with weight or hormones—there’s usually more going on beneath the surface.
This is where I start.
My role is to help uncover patterns and imbalances through functional testing, including tools like the DUTCH Test.
This gives us a deeper look at:
