Kevin has been making a meaningful impact in his current role for more than eight years, his total tenure with STERIS spans an impressive 28+ years. He started with the company as a Flexible Endoscope Technician.

In his role, Kevin serves as a trusted, go‑to resource for both Customers and internal teams. He supports Customers through service challenges and provides Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Educational In-Services, and Process Reviews. His work requires flexibility, adaptability, and a deep commitment to Customer service—because no two days are ever the same.

Working in healthcare brings Kevin a strong sense of pride. STERIS’s mission—“WE HELP OUR CUSTOMERS CREATE A HEALTHIER AND SAFER WORLD”—resonates deeply with him. As Kevin puts it: “Many of us have had loved ones undergo medical procedures, and it’s meaningful to contribute to a company dedicated to helping our Customers improve those experiences.”

Outside of work, Kevin is an avid comic book collector, with Spider‑Man as his longtime favorite. He appreciates the idea of an everyday person rising to challenges and choosing to make the world a better place—a philosophy that clearly shows up in how Kevin approaches his work.

At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do — and today we’re proud to spotlight Denise, a dedicated Accounts Payable Supervisor who has been making an impact for more than five years.

Denise ensures her team delivers the support our vendors deserve. “We receive, review, and process invoices, and make payments accurately and on time. I delegate work, provide training, review transactions, resolve discrepancies, and make sure our procedures are followed,” she shares.

What she loves most about her role is supporting our vendors and leading her team. Our group “works diligently every day and each bring strengths that perfectly complement one another. I always say I am nothing without them,” Denise says.

Family is Denise’s greatest joy. She has been married to her best friend for 41 years, is the proud mother of three daughters, and recently became a grandparent — a role she is loving. She’s currently writing a book and hopes to learn guitar one day.

At STERIS, our people are at the heart of everything we do — and today, we’re proud to spotlight Pat, a dedicated Senior Government Strategy Product Manager who has been making an impact at STERIS for over twenty-four years.

Pat says his role as Senior Product Manager is dynamic and rewarding. His responsibilities include strategic planning, Customer engagement, program commercialization, business development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The Government sector has many unique components that require critical analysis and agile strategies for STERIS to be successful. It is his role to construct a framework that helps ensure the STERIS Global Services portfolio is positioned to be the primary choice for Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Indian Health Services.

Pat’s primary career has always been in healthcare. The early part of his career was in operations and was the foundation of his understanding of the healthcare industry. He spent sixteen years in the field preparing for a strategic planning role and was invaluable to his understanding of our Customers.

Here’s a little more about Pat. He’s been married for twenty‑five years and is the proud father of three children. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking.
