At STERIS, our people are at the heart of everything we do — and today, we’re proud to spotlight Wilson, a dedicated Quality Systems Manager who has been making an impact at STERIS for seven years.

Wilson serves as the Quality Management Representative for multiple sites within the Instrument Management Services business unit, including Birmingham Repair, Machining, and the Stow, Rockville, and Lenexa labs. His primary responsibility is ensuring each site remains compliant with ISO 13485 certification. He also plays a key role in fostering collaboration with other functional areas, such as Operations, to help achieve organizational goals consistently. Recently, he helped bring ice cream trucks to celebrate Quality Month at the Birmingham Repair labs. Clearly, he has a lot of fans.

Before joining STERIS, Wilson worked in the automotive industry. Outside of work, he’s a proud father to a one-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter, who is preparing to start college as a microbiology major. Fun fact: There’s also a 17-year age gap between Wilson and his older sister — as he puts it, “history lives to repeat itself.”

At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do — and today, we’re proud to spotlight Evan, a dedicated Chicago-area Senior Account Manager who’s been making a difference for over seven years.

Evan likes to be the “go-to” person when Customers face challenges. Evan’s main responsilbility is working with Customers for their medical devices and instruments repair needs. He also enjoys collaborating with STERIS counterparts to make things happen.

Evan was working in the healthcare field prior to joining STERIS. From college, he began working at as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and then transitioned into a Lead Anesthesia Tech in the OR, before joining STERIS.

Evan is a dedicated Associate, having moved to three different cities in three states to work for STERIS. He is the proud father of three young children that keep him busy.We’re incredibly grateful for Evan’s dedication, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to our Customers. At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do — and today, we’re proud to spotlight Natalie, a dedicated Senior Sales Coordinator who’s been making a difference for twelve and a half years.

Natalie’s role on the Customer Care team entails managing international and B2B accounts, escalations, reporting, and more. Natalie says “I’m a primary resource for resolving complex issues, and the position continues to evolve with new challenges daily. I thoroughly enjoy helping others and being a mentor. They say knowledge is power, but I believe that sharing it is where the true power is.”

Natalie says she found her passion in Customer Care and enjoys the day-to-day contact with Customers and Account Managers. Natalie says “I enjoy solving problems and aiding other teams across our company. I learn something new every day and love to share the knowledge to help others excel.“

Before joining STERIS, Natalie worked in the automotive and plumbling industries, and also had the priviledge of being a stay-at-home mom. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, DIY home projects, and spending time with her adorable grandson. She is billingual (Spanish).

At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re proud to spotlight Anthony, a dedicated Government Specialist II who has been an essential part of our team for over 11 years.

Based in New York, Anthony supports our sales representatives with Government and Department of Defense accounts. Before joining STERIS, he served with distinction in the United States Air Force.

A 21-year Air Force Veteran and retired Technical Sergeant, Anthony trained as a surgical technician with a focus on orthopedic and vascular surgery. He completed the Orthopedic Specialty Course at Fort Sam, where he mastered casting, splinting, and traction techniques. His excellence earned him recognition as the 2010 Air Education and Training Command Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and the 59th Medical Wing Surgical Tech of the Year at Lackland AFB.

In his final eight years of service, Anthony led as the Clinical Research Division Flight Chief, coordinating and instructing the Air Force’s elite Pararescue combat field medicine course. He deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), Southern Watch (Saudi Arabia), and Joint Task Force Bravo.

Anthony shares, “One of the things I love most about my job is working with Customers and helping them reduce infections and surgical site risks—ultimately protecting both patients and staff.”

Outside of work, Anthony gives back as a youth hockey coach, mentoring 16–18-year-olds and building strong community connections.
