Once the decision was made for her to return to the US for treatment, Medjet organized the transport and was in constant contact with us until we left. Medjet flew us back to Las Vegas on a private plane with no cost to us. The crew was professional, caring and fantastic. "We signed up for MedjetHorizon as we planned to visit Italy on a MIT Alumni group vacation, but three weeks before the trip my wife had a freak accident in Oregon on a short weekend trip to visit a daughter's family.
She broke her right arm and two breaks in the left leg under the knee that immobilized her, not being able to bend or put weight on her leg.

It was a great relief to learn we were able to use Medjet to transport her from Kaiser rehabilitation facility in Hillsboro OR to their facility in Pleasanton CA near our home so she could complete her rehabilitation where our family is there to assist, eventually completing it at our home.

The service and care from Medjet was fabulous. They worked with both Kaiser regions and the two rehabilitation facilities to arrange our transfer.

I can strongly recommend a Medjet membership to anyone who wants to alleviate any concern about being stranded away from home for medical or other reasons.” - Medjet Member
