🚨 Measles cases are rising in Southeast Michigan, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is urging families to take action.
 
💉 Infants 6–11 months are recommended to receive an early MMR vaccine to help protect against measles. Measles is highly contagious and can spread before symptoms appear.
