I am participating in a Dyslexia Simulation this Friday from 2-3 MST with ALTA AZ, a professional association for structured literacy practitioners. It is good for parents and teachers who are not dyslexic to get an idea of what it is like to be dyslexic. It is only $10. Sign up if interested and spread the word to those who might benefit.

Many of my dyslexic students benefit from this non-profit that provides audio fiction and non-fiction books read by volunteers. This way, the student doesn't fall behind their peers in vocabulary and fund of knowledge when their reading level is below their cognitive level.

Lexercise has made a big difference to our homeschool family this past year! I have three boys enrolled, two who have been struggling readers and one who picked it up quickly. I love the program for both my dyslexic boys and non dyslexic. I like the structure, simplicity and interactive way they learn. I have seen huge improvements in their reading, spelling and confidence. It's been such a blessing to me to find a program that I trust!
