~*~ Thank you so much for visiting Cochise Counseling & Consulting, LLC. Gabriela Conklin is a MA level, nationally certified counselor (NCC). She is trained and qualified to deliver adolescent counseling, provide psych0-educational assessment, consultation and advocacy for parents/guardians navigating the special education process, and other related services. She has almost eight years of school counseling experience and currently works full time as a school counselor for the Tombstone School District. Gabriela is also working on her school psychology certificate through Eastern Washington University. This will afford her an additional graduate degree (Ed.S.) and the more extensive training required to provide more comprehensive psych-educational assessments (specifically comprehensive intelligence testing). Gabriela does not determine whether or not a student is placed in special education, but her reports can assist parents/guardians wanting to discuss concerns about their child’s social, emotional, or behavioral health and development with a school based team of professionals.
