Halloween reminds us that we all wear masks… some playful, some protective. 👻

In somatic work, we learn that the “masks” we wear in daily life often began as ways to stay safe, belong, or survive. Over time, though, those same patterns can keep us from showing up fully as ourselves.

Today, as we step into costumes and characters, may we do it consciously. with playfulness and presence.

Because the more we allow space for expression (even the silly, spooky kind), the more our nervous systems can soften and release.

Let this Halloween be a reminder:
You can take off the old masks.
You’re safe to be seen.
You’re safe to be you.
