I am excited to have collaborated with Evertide to publish some worksheets to support emotional wellness!

Evertide’s excellent planner and free downloadable worksheets promote a mindfully planned daily routine, with plenty of opportunity for intentionality and reflection.

I use Evertide worksheets myself and and so delighted to have gotten to work on this project! Check them out and let me know what you think!

I am excited to announce an office location! I will continue to offer Telehealth sessions, and also offering in-person sessions.

The office is located in the new Schilling Building in north Bismarck!

We have feelings that we consider "good" feelings we want to have all the time, and "bad" feelings we wish we could avoid. But all feelings hold important messages for us, and we can't selectively numb our feelings. Counseling can help bring feelings into a tolerable range, so that you can better understand yourself and fully enjoy and experience life.
