🔥 Let’s Get After It! 🔥
Strong movement starts with muscle awareness — not just going through the motions.
đź’Ş When you squat or deadlift, tune in to every detail:
Glutes: drive the movement, feel them fire through the lift.
Core: brace like you’re about to take a punch — stability = power.
Feet: grip the floor, find that tripod support, and stay grounded.
Then take it to the mat:
🧱 Plank & Side Plank — this is where true control shows up.
Engage your core + hips, align head to heels, and feel that connection from center to extremities.
Don’t rush it. Move with purpose, own each rep, and let your body learn what strong feels like.
Every rep is a chance to dial it in. 👊

2+ days/week of muscle-strengthening activities
(all major muscle groups)

Limit sedentary time
(sit less, move more)

Sleep 7–9 hours/night

October is Physical Therapy month!!! Physical Therapists are Doctors of Physical Therapy since 1996. The Doctor of Physical Therapy is a clinical doctorate allowing Physical Therapist to have autonomy in practice which allows you the patient direct access to care without seeing a MD. As the profession has grown, Physical Therapists in ND can now order imaging and handicap licenses. In addition to thorough exams focusing on the whole patient, Physical Therapists can perform dry needling, manipulation of joints including the spine, and help develop programs to aid in all your health care needs.
