We will be switching to Winter Hours for our Coffee House today! We will open the Coffee House at 9:00 pm this evening and we will stay open until 7:00 am. These hours will be in effect through the winter!

This week our In-Office groups kick off again and we can't wait to see some familiar faces as well as meet some new ones! Just a few things about office groups at Soul 57:
💜 Our in-office groups range in age from 3-24 yo
💜 We also offer a group for parents of infant and pregnancy loss
💜 We serve dinner at Thursday night groups
💜 All youth groups are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional
💜 Caregiver Support Groups are available on Thursday nights during the same time youth are with their group
💜 We use a variety of tools to process grief: conversation, peer-to-peer support, games, art, music, writing, and more!
💜 Registration is not required but a friendly email or text to let us know your youth is coming is always appreciated for food count
💜 There is no time frame on your loss, whether it's been a week or 10 years (your grief does not have an end date and neither do our groups - come join us when you can, take breaks when needed)
💜 ALL our services are 100% FREE
