Just a simple and honest Sunday thank you to all of my clients (regulars and new alike)! I absolutely love massage therapy and I am SO beyond grateful and blessed to be able to do this rewarding work with an able body, while meeting so many other beautiful souls.

Thank you, truly. Without your trust in me, I simply would not be a Massage Therapist. It is my passion and I love helping others feel better and live/move as freely as possible.

Happy New Year and wow…what a year it was!! Thank you for allowing me to continue doing what I love and be a part of your self-care and wellness journey. I am truly honored and SO grateful for every client, word of mouth referral, hug, home baked goods, movie/tv show suggestion, laughs and everything in between. Holding space and facilitating positive change in the body can change so much. It’s okay to finally let go. Let go of what you ask? Anything you’re holding onto. We all hold onto something (or multiple things). Allow your body to process, reset and when ready, let go.

Healing is a journey and your body holds onto pain/tension because that is what makes it feel “normal” and safe. That’s what it knows, but that is not your normal. You can have a new, invigorating normal once you allow the change to gradually take place.

I want to calm your nervous system, release stored tension and help you get unstuck and feel lighter overall.
