My allergies haven't been this severe since I last lived in Idaho. I've also never seen such high pollen counts in North Dakota. So I'm doing what I can to manage my symptoms, but I'm also doing what I can to grow more resilient. Eating local bee pollen is a great way to help your body build up a tolerance to the local pollens. I sprinkled it on my unsweetened sheep milk yogurt. I added a little allulose, then stirred in some blueberries and vanilla extract. It's delicious!
