Hello Dakota Spirit family,
I'm well into my recovery from Achilles Tendon repair surgery. This week is the first week of weight bearing with a boot and walker. 🥳 The doctor is very happy with the results. Which makes ME happy! I hope to be back soon. I'll be practicing 1/4- 1/2 time to begin with. I look forward to getting back up to full speed and seeing all you lovey people! As of right now, I won't be running any races anytime soon. 😂

Hello Dakota Spirit family,

I hope you've had a wonderful summer season. As we head into MY personal favorite:🍁FALL.🍁 I wanted to give you a heads up. I will be out of the office until the middle-end of October starting September 3rd, 2025 due to medical reasons.

I will be back ready to provide the best care after my return. As you all know, I LOVE what I do. I will miss my time with each of you. But will keep you posted nonetheless.

Hello Dakota Spirit family and friends. November is a great time to tell you how "THANKFUL" I am for all the check-ins during this past month. I'm recovering slowly but surely. I'm chomping at the bit to get back to work. It'll be a little while as of yet. Dr.'s orders. Good news, my cast came off last Friday! Yay!! I appreciate each and everyone of you!
