Clients: before getting aesthetic treatments really assess why you are wanting them! If it’s just to age gracefully or tweak something you don’t love then that’s a green flag! If you have a lot going on in life, have been feeling unhappy, etc. really ask yourself what you are wanting to see change, and why.

Providers: integrity matters. Trust your gut. If something seems off dig a little deeper in the conversation. Put your clients wellbeing before your bottom line. These treatments are medical and clients are coming to you the professional. So give them professional guidance🫶🏼

I hear the same few summer skin myths all the time.

Things like:
→ “I don’t need moisturizer—it’s humid out.”
→ “Tanning helps clear my acne.”
→ “If it stings, it’s working.”

I get why these ideas stick—they’ve been around forever. But the truth is, they often do more harm than good.

Skin doesn’t need to be stripped or stressed to improve. It needs to be understood.

That’s what I love about this work. Helping people filter out the noise and figure out what actually makes sense for their skin.

But let’s be real—flawless skin is a myth. Even those influencers we admire deal with breakouts and have days when their skin doesn’t look its best. It’s a natural part of being human.

I thought I had wrapped up my “2025” posts, but then this remarkable client shared her progress photo, and I couldn’t resist.

The focus for 2025 is a holistic approach to skin health—addressing it both topically and internally. ✨

This client faced persistent breakouts on her lower face. Together, we developed a tailored medical-grade skincare regimen, incorporated a topical prescription, and prioritized her gut health and supplementation. From August to January, she dedicated herself to the process, and her glowing skin is a testament to her commitment. 🙌🏻
