We’re jazzed to announce we have an ADDITIONAL massage therapist joining our Maximized Team! We now have more massage availability to serve YOU better!

Chelsey starts this Tuesday, January 20th and has online availability the 20th and 21st this week so book now before she fills up (it always happens so fast!)

‘Hi, I’m Chelsey! I earned my Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential in Bismarck in March 2025, adding a long-held dream to my 14-year journey in healthcare. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and massage therapy allows me to support healing in a deeply personal way.

My sessions are individualized to meet each client’s needs, focusing on supporting the nervous system, promoting healthy fascia, easing stress, and incorporating targeted treatment with gentle stretching when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, relaxed, and empowered in your body.

I’m a proud mom of two boys (15 & 9) who keep life exciting and busy! I’m married and have two lovable dogs — Nova (3) and Bruno (4). I grew up on a farm, and still cherish the outdoors: long walks, time by the water, cozy campfires, and visits to my sister’s lake cabin in Warroad whenever I can.

You’ll often find me cheering on my hockey goalie at practices, games, and tournaments — it’s basically our second home! I also love baking (especially during the Christmas season — my favorite time of year), quality time with family and close friends, and traveling when life allows.

I’m excited and grateful to be a part of Maximized Chiropractic and can’t wait to meet you!’

If you're surviving on coffee, constantly exhausted despite "enough" sleep, crashing hard in the afternoons, or feeling like you have zero capacity for life - you don't have an energy problem. You have a nervous system problem.

Chronic fatigue isn't about needing more B vitamins or better time management. It's about a nervous system that's been running in overdrive for so long that it's completely depleted.

Start with your nervous system. 😴

If you're lying awake at 2 am with a racing mind, struggling to fall asleep, or waking up exhausted no matter how many hours you get - that's not a sleep problem. That's a nervous system problem.

Your ability to sleep isn't about how dark your room is or what supplements you take (though those can help). It's about whether your nervous system can shift from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) mode.

It's been TWO YEARS with Dr. Monica!

To know her is to immediately love her. She brings the vibes with her contagious laugh and cool girl energy. We all got to watch her get married last fall and have absolutely loved every minute of watching her grow as a doctor on our team!

She got Webster Certified last year, created our new Headache Protocol alongside Suzie (and has been rescuing tons of our Maximized Family from relentless, chronic headaches), has plans to dive into a sports certification and even some functional medicine courses in 2026. Our girl loves a good book (ask her how many she read last year) , her cat, Maeve (trying to talk Braydin into a friend for Maeve), AND she gets to visit Vietnam for 11 days in April on her honeymoon!! 1. Better Sleep
When you prioritize sleep, your nervous system gets the rest and repair time it desperately needs. Quality sleep = better stress resilience, clearer thinking, improved mood, sustainable energy.

2. Consistent Movement

Forget New Year’s resolutions. Focus on your nervous system instead. 🎯

Every January, we set the same goals: lose weight, sleep better, manage stress, have more energy, be more present.

And every February, we wonder why nothing stuck.

Here’s what nobody tells you: all of those goals require one thing to work - a regulated nervous system.

Your nervous system controls:
How well you sleep (or don’t)
Your stress response and recovery

Forget juice cleanses. Your nervous system needs a detox. 🧠

Everyone’s talking about detoxing in January - liver cleanses, juice fasts, elimination diets.

But nobody’s talking about the detox that would actually change your life: a nervous system detox.

Your nervous system has been accumulating stress, overstimulation, and sympathetic overload for months (maybe years). And all of that interference is blocking your body’s ability to heal, rest, and function properly.

Here’s what a real nervous system detox looks like:
1. Screen Time Boundaries:
Your brain wasn’t designed for constant digital stimulation. The endless scrolling, notifications, news cycle - it’s keeping your nervous system in hypervigilance.

Action: Set boundaries: no phones first hour of the day, no screens after 8pm, one full day off per week.

2: Sympathetic Overload Reduction:
You’re probably spending 90% of your day in fight-or-flight (work stress, traffic, parenting, financial pressure, news anxiety).

Action: Intentionally create moments of parasympathetic activation: deep breathing, time in nature, gentle movement, laughter, connection.
