Balloon hockey + nutrition education = a day full of fun and learning at Northland PACE! 🏒🎈

Our participants got active with a friendly game of balloon hockey, then met with our Dietitian, Amanda, to talk about healthy eating habits. She shared tips on choosing foods with less sodium, added sugars, and saturated fats and more protein, fiber, vitamin D, and calcium to support strong bodies and minds.

Staying active and making smart food choices are both part of living well with PACE! 💪🍎
