🍁 PACE Tips & Tricks Tuesday: Staying Healthy This Season! 🍁
Fall and winter bring beautiful weather and unfortunately, a few extra germs! Here are some simple reminders to help keep you, your loved ones, and our community healthy:

🩺 Not feeling well? Take time to rest and recover before returning to work or social activities.
💧 Wash and sanitize hands often, it’s one of the easiest ways to stop the spread of illness.
😷 Mask up if you’re recovering from a cough or cold.
🧼 Disinfect high-touch areas like phones, doorknobs, and tables.
❤️ Care for others, staying home when sick helps protect those around you.

We’re all in this together. Let’s stay safe, healthy, and connected through the season!

It was such a joy-filled afternoon at our PACE Day Center, full of laughter, music, cake, and great company. 🥳
Moments like these remind us how special our PACE community truly is. 💛
