Position Type: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner
Setting: Private clinic — Relationship-centered care environment
Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and aligned with a quality-over-quantity care model

Key Responsibilities 👇
-Deliver Primary Care services in alignment with a root-cause/functional medicine perspective
-Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care.
-Order and interpret labs or diagnostics as appropriate to support whole-person care
-Collaborate with our care team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
-Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications 👇
-Active Nurse Practitioner License – North Dakota Board Certified
-Experience in Primary Care required; interest in or exposure to functional/restorative medicine preferred.
-Background in nutrition, including practical application of nutritional principles in patient care
-Strong communication, patient relationship-building, and critical thinking skills
-Alignment with a prevention-focused care philosophy

A letter from Dr.Rhonda on purpose:

"As I reflect on the second anniversary of my husband’s death, one of my favorite words comes to mind: PURPOSE. In studying Centurions, one of the Key reasons they live long is they remain active and engaged in their communities, which provides a sense of purpose. A definition of purpose is the feeling of being determined to do or achieve something – intention. After my husband was diagnosed with cancer, he struggled to understand what the “purpose” of his illness was, as he felt strongly there must be one. Over those 6 years I got to witness his purpose, and I believe he understood it by the time he died. He brought together friends and family and made sure there were many more hugs, kisses, and “I love you’s”. He touched others that for some were forever changed. Before he passed he told me to keep living, keep loving and keep giving back to our family, friends and community because that is what life is all about. I thank him for that gift. So if you are wondering what your purpose is…..I challenge you to reflect on the intention in your life and how that might inspire others."
