Jones Physical Therapy provides specialized, one-on-one care to help you move better and feel stronger.
We combine clinical expertise with compassionate support to guide you through recovery and improve function so you can return to activities you love. Jones Physical Therapy is a private practice started in 2007, nestled in Bismarck, North Dakota with additional locations in Washburn and Underwood. We have a team of 8 experienced physical therapists who strive to look at the whole picture when it c
omes to you and your family’s health. What sets our clinic apart is our ability to evaluate your concerns and ask the questions to get to the root of and understand how your health issues are affecting your overall quality of life. There are many factors that can affect your body and how it functions. Our team of therapists have many different areas of expertise and years of clinical experience to thoroughly treat complex cases. There is a great benefit to the whole body when we can integrate our knowledge of the connections between the brain and the rest of the body. These connections are at the root of our treatment approach, whether it is retraining a new movement pattern or decreasing the neuro response to pain. We value being able to treat patients one-on-one in a private room and continually re-evaluate as the body starts to respond. Our patients receive treatment with a more “hands on” approach with many techniques that range from neuromuscular, to manual and tool assisted. Our mission is to continue to use our knowledge and experience to improve the body’s overall healing and recovery process. As one patient noted, “The entire staff at Jones PT appreciates how health care involves the whole person. This will become evident as soon as you enter the front door, and deeply experienced by the time you leave.”
Along with treating traditional orthopedic issues such as back/neck/shoulder pain, Jones PT is also one of the largest Womens/Mens Health clinics in the region and provides care for many complex conditions. We have multiple providers with specialized training to help our patients address sensitive issues such as pelvic pain, pain with in*******se and incontinence in a comfortable and warm environment.

Today we are joined by Kristina, as she shares her personal and emotional journey with endometriosis from her early symptoms, to surgery, and her life post surgery. It’s raw, honest - but it reflects the reality so many people face in silence.
Endo is more than “just bad periods.” It can impact every part of a person’s life — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
We’re incredibly grateful to Kristina for trusting us with her experience and for helping raise awareness about a condition that is still so often misunderstood.
And if you see yourself in this story or any of the stories we have shared over the last month, know that you’re not alone.

Be sure to head over to The Novel Exchange Bookstore this weekend, March 21st and 22nd for their Book Sale Fundraiser benefiting Wachter Peer to Peer!
Find your next great read while supporting an amazing cause!
At The Novel Exchange, we believe bookstores are more than shelves and stories, they’re gathering places for community. That’s why we’re so excited about our upcoming Peer-to-Peer Book Sale Fundraiser.
This sale is just the beginning. Our hope is to grow this event into a full BPS Peer-to-Peer fundraiser in the future, one that brings together families, students, educators, and local businesses in support of a shared goal.
We’ve been incredibly encouraged by the generosity of local businesses stepping up to donate and support this cause. Their involvement shows what makes our community special, when we come together, we can make a meaningful impact.
We’re proud to host this event and grateful to everyone who is helping us turn a simple book sale into something bigger. This is more than clearing shelf space, it’s about investing in our schools, our students, and our community.
We can’t wait to see you there. Sale will be during regular business hours on Saturday and Sunday!
