The City is requesting public input through February 18 for its 2026 Sidewalk Gaps project. Bismarck residents are encouraged to submit comments on preferred locations within Bismarck where sidewalk or crossings do not currently exist.

Heartview would like to extend a special thank you to the Bismarck Mandan Community Foundation. In 2024, they were the first to step forward in support of the Opioid Treatment Program expansion, committing $50,000 to help launch the project. Their early investment made it possible for us to move ahead with expanding the space.

On average, patients stay in treatment for 28 days and the residential facility is located on the 4th floor of the old hospital with no direct outdoor access.
