Meet Sydney, one of our stellar SLPs! 🤩

Sydney first discovered Red Door when an employee spoke to her class during her grad school days. She observed that they genuinely cared about their employees and patients.
"I am also a mom, and a work environment and women in management that cared about not only my abilities as an SLP but also my personal life spoke volumes."

One of her favorite aspects of working at Red Door is the chance to get to know all of her coworkers, patients, and their families! Her heart is filled with joy watching kids grow and reach their full potential.

Sydney's favorite team outing so far? "Company day! It was so fun to hang out with the ladies from all locations, eat some food, and enjoy playing bags together."
