Who's the newest physical therapist in our office? Meet Taylor! ✨

Born and raised in Bismarck, Taylor graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2022 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025.
She recently got married in September of last year! 💍

Taylor has always been passionate when working with the pediatric population, helping kids gain skills they never thought they'd be able to achieve and seeing their smiles every single day. She also enjoys educating caregivers on how they can play a part in developing those skills.

If she could choose a superpower, it would be teleportation so she could visit new places without the travel time. 🏝️

Her favorite childhood movie? The Little Rascals! "All the actors in the movie are just too cute and funny."

Our newest member at Red Door is Hailey! 🎊

Hailey is a Speech-Language Pathologist Licensed Assistant who holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Minnesota State Moorhead. And, she is currently completing her master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of North Dakota!

Hailey is passionate about helping children build confidence and succeed in their everyday communication. When she's not working, you'll find her going on walks with her dog, spending time with family, and watching reality TV with her friends! 📺

If she could pick a superpower, it would be the ability to fly so she could travel anywhere in the world! 🌎

Her favorite season of the year is fall due to the beautiful colors and it being the start of sweater weather. 🍁

Hailey's favorite childhood movie is Hannah Montana ⭐️

Everyone, meet Sara, our Bismarck Location Lead! 🤩

After receiving her Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2013, Sarah discovered her passion for working with kids when she joined Red Door in the summer of 2014. She is also a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association - AOTA, continually learning about all things OT.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and being outdoors!

To her, what stood out about Red Door was the family feel, along with the friendly therapists who have so much fun every day.

So far, her favorite part of working at Red Door has been the people. "Hands down the absolute best people to work with and for. We have such a fun team". She also loves getting to know the kids, their families, and sharing in all the big and small gains they make!

When asked what her favorite team outing has been so far, she sent quite a list:

❤️ Summer parties!! You just can’t go wrong…sunshine, friends, family, food; just SO GOOD!
