Red Door Pediatric Therapy

Red Door Pediatric Therapy Where communication is the key! Red Door Pediatric Therapy opened in the fall of 2006. We love the work we do here.

Since then, Red Door has become a place for kids, adolescents, and parents to come and improve on communication, daily living skills, and mental health. Our jobs are meaningful and purposeful-we know how to help!

Good nutrition plays a powerful role in a child’s growth, development, immune health, self-regulation, and everyday skills.
Since kids are constantly growing and learning, making sure they get proper “fuel”/nutrition is key! 😋

But we know eating a balanced mix from all food groups isn’t always easy. That’s why we’re sharing fun and creative ways to make exploring and learning about food an exciting adventure! 😁

Please say hello to our newest occupational therapist, Regan! 😍

Hailing from Nebraska, Regan relocated to Bismarck to pursue her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of Mary, graduating in 2025. During her time in graduate school, Regan's focus expanded to include supporting parents and caregivers when she became a parent herself.

During that time, she fell in love with Bismarck and decided to make it her home! She has been married to a wonderful husband for 4 years, and is the proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters with a 3rd on the way! Outside of work, she enjoys going on family walks, grabbing coffee, reading, and playing board games. ♟️

Her superpower of choice would be the powers of Elastigirl from The Incredibles! As a mom, she always feels like everything is out of reach. 🦸‍♀️

Her favorite season is fall due to how cozy it feels without it being too cold, along with the changing colors of the leaves. 🍁

Growing up, her favorite movies were the High School Musical movies. She 100% hosted a premiere party with her friends in 2006! 🙌

She is excited to join the Red Door team and looks forward to continuing her growth as an occupational therapist! Please welcome Regan to the team!! 🎊

The star of this month's spotlight is Heather! 💫

Heather received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2014. Her professional interests include autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, and executive functioning, among others. Her personal interests include home crafts, traveling, and swing dancing! 💃

The first time Heather heard of Red Door was when she was an OT student. The employees were all so nice, and she loved that the owners were speech therapists and knew what therapists go through.

Her favorite experiences at Red Door are when employees become close friends. She also enjoys the once-a-year company days when all the locations come together!

Heather's favorite team outings are the summer outings! ☀️ "We get to bring our kids and have them all play together!"
