Sleep right. A good pillow. A good mattress. A good routine. This goes a long way in keeping you healthy. Aim for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted, restful sleep each night. This is a powerful way to reduce pain and inflammation.

Clean air. Use a high quality HEPA filter in your house to keep the air you breathe clean and healthy. This is important, especially as we close up our homes with winter months arriving.

Take your multi. Take a high quality multi with bioavailable forms of nutrients. Being deficient in even one micronutrient creates cellular damage equivalent to radiation! Our soils are becoming more and more nutrient depleted, making a daily multi use a wise investment.

Avoid toxins. They are everywhere but there is a lot you can do to limit your exposure. Start by screening all your cosmetics, lotions, shampoos, deodorants, detergents, etc. You can use apps such as Healthy Living or Think Dirty to identify high risk products.

Reduce blue light. Shut off electronic devices that emit a blue light 1-2 hours before bed. If you are using screens in the evening consider using some blue blocking glasses.
