📣 To Our Treasured Patients: It is with heavy heart that we write to inform you that ND Life Spa and Blackwood Chiropractic Healing Arts will no longer be seeing patients after March 31st this year.

Doc and his family have made the difficult decision to relocate to his home state of Idaho where his parents, three daughters and two siblings all reside. While this move has always been part of his family's long-term plan, the rapid decline of his mother's health has necessitated an expedited homecoming.

We are deeply grateful for the trust and support you have shown Dr. Blackwood and the ND Life Spa team over the past 13 years.

If you currently have packages or gift cards, please contact our office at 701-751-4485 or schedule your appointment prior to March 31, as this will be the final day to redeem services before Doc bids his final farewell.
