~Over 12 years of age.

~with coping difficulties due to a traumatic experience. Coping concerns can include feelings of depression, grief, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and rage.

~grieving the death of a family member or friend.

~struggling with a "bad relationship" with questions about codependency, and/or defining abuse in a relationship.

~with chronic stress, anxiety, fears or excessive worrying.

~with symptoms of depression such as fatigue, chronic sadness, pessimism, sleep and eating disturbances, and general feelings of hopelessness.

~for general counseling services not related to trauma.
