Tonight from 6–8 p.m. at 101 E Broadway, Bismarck, connect with others who also have loved ones struggling with addiction. A Licensed Addiction Counselor will guide the conversation on setting healthy boundaries.

Join us on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. for the next H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Everyone Achieve Recovery Today) Family Program, a free and confidential support and education group for families. This session will focus on preventing relapse and how to respond if it happens.

The HEART program is open to all families, no affiliation with Heartview is required.

The H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Everyone Achieve Recovery Today) program is a free, confidential support and education group for families. No affiliation with Heartview is required to attend.

Next Tuesday, H.E.A.R.T. will welcome a family sharing their story of addiction and recovery. This free, confidential support group is for families of individuals with a substance use disorder, offering education, connection, and hope. All are welcome, no affiliation with Heartview required.

Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it’s a necessity, especially when supporting a loved one with an addiction.

At next week’s HEART Family Program Bismarck on Aug. 5, we’ll talk about ways to take care of yourself. We’ll also try a short chair yoga practice together to see how even small moments of movement can make a big difference.

HEART is free and open to anyone who has a friend or family member struggling with substance use. The group meets every other Tuesday, 6-8 p.m., at 101 E Broadway, Bismarck.
