Nuvation Health Services NuVation Health Services is your friendly and innovative mental health clinic in Bismarck and Fargo, ND. Monday through Thursday, 7am-5pm, Friday 8am-noon.

We provide a caring environment in which you can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding home life, school and career, or of more fulfilling relationships.
